'Muncak' or what local people says about getting into the top. One thing I never forgive about my self is that I can't even fucking hold steadily my camera on the summit of Rinjani last trip. Alrighty, this is about my experience to reach the top of Rinjani Mt, 3726 asl. Think I was freezing to death, barely could stand cause of the wind and just sitting freezing til the sun is come up ain't do nothing. Fucking pathetic! Fuck!

If you are familiar with the low temperature of weather then you should still consider to prepare everything. Why? Because its not only about how cold it will be on the top but also the strong wind who could shake your shutter. Tripod is always recommended since what you might see on the top worth it to be captured. The wind can be very wild blow freely through wide highway of savana.

Start from Plawangan 2639 asl 3,5 hours the summit attack moment will really fucking exhausting. Dont start too early otherwise it will just waste your time freezing up there and dont get too late as well. Leave any stuffs you dont need to bring on the tent. Just bring mineral water, enough booz, double up your jacket, tripod, your best camera with super wide and tele zoom lens.

There is a best option that you can ask your porter to carry up your stuffs. Fucking brilliant!

Do mount hiking is like got a coke someway, you will never have enough and always want more. Last Saturday, we were 25 persons went to Agung Mt. As far as I know, I am the one among us who fucking crazy wanted this trip happen. Nothing but Agung. Just because I heard to much about it and ain't fucking been there, not even once and it really makes me crazy to death. That's why last trip is so fucking exciting. No matter how exhausted I feel I am just happy.

Well, I've been to some places for hike and Agung is my best choice so far. Sunrise is fucking awesome and also nice people to go with. If you're in Bali for a vacation you must put Agung Mt on your list. Normally, it will take 6 hours to reach the top if you start from Pura Pasar Agung. Theres 2 famous starting point which are Pura Besakih and Pura Pasar Agung. Find local guide to take you there. Start in the midnight and finish right when the sunrise is coming up in minutes. Actually it really depends on you and your group. Will you or will they able to move fast or not. Sometimes one of you slow your group down and thats not good. Some people can finish with only 2 - 3 hours.

Just a few tips (your local guide will let you know about it but i tell you first :D)
